San Diego Zoo and Seaworld

Okay, I'm not a Zoologist, so I don't know the names of some of these creatures and might sound like a bimbo while naming the photos.

Meerkats (okay, I KNOW what this is): 1/80, f/22, ISO1600, Nikkor 70-300mm VR

Turkey-like bird with marked alopecia bilaterally over it's facial region with abnormal growth of hair dorsal to the cranium: 1/80, f/8, ISO 1600, Nikkor 70-300mm VR

A green bird with red discoloration all over it's cranial region, suggestive of severe orbital cellulitis: 1/80, f/9, ISO 1600, Nikkor 70-300mm VR

Giant Panda: 1/80, f/9, ISO 1600, Nikkor 70-300mm VR

On gross inspection, this panda appears to be lethargic and unresponsive to vocal stimuli from some Chinese tourists. On thorough inspection, it's a definite GCS score of 3. 1/80, f/6.3, ISO 1600, Nikkor 70-300mm VR

Polar Bear (duh!): 1/640, f/13, ISO 1600, Nikkor 70-300mm VR, shot through at least an inch thick Plexiglass.

The Calgary Story: Calgary Downtown

First of all, sorry for the prolonged inactivity. I have been busy with med school and all the free time has been used up to de-pressurize all the exam tension.
This is part one 'Calgary Downtown' of five-part 'The Calgary Story'. The other parts, Northwest, Northeast, Southwest, Southeast will follow soon, depending on my schedule.

Ever wonder?

Ever wonder why people like music that you hate? Try this, it make me love music that I previously hated.

Sennheiser PX-100 or the closed system type, PX-200. With this, you'll hear details you'll never hear with conventional earphones. Good Hifi replacement. RM280.
